Salmon
« Reply #-1 on: March 26, 2015, 10:20:31 PM »
Stater Bros always has frozen wild caught salmon fillets for 6.99. We try to have salmon once a week at this price.

Seasoned two with Texas Bros and the other two with Oakridge Santa Maria. A pad of butter and a lemon slice and we are good to go.

Added a little chunk of pecan so I was basically grilling and smoking at the same time...hey, what do you expect from Smokeasaurus  ;)

In 20 minutes I got this

We oiled and seasoned some red taters with Fagundes seasoning and doctored em up with Wendys Ranch dressing and scallions

The obligatory garden salad

and...........a great song from Van Morrison
