Just found this site, and was most pleased. I was looking for some information on different cooks (other than pizza) using the Black Stone Patio (Pizza) Oven, and came across this forum. I did some jumping around and saw some names that I recognized from the old char-broil Infrared/TBE/SRG forum. I figured this would be a good place to land.
I’m not that knowledgeable nor skilled, but I have good time and enjoy myself when cooking (mostly) outdoors. I have a Char-broil SRG, LBGE, a Vermont Castings gas grill, a Black Stone Patio Oven & griddle. They all get used- depending on the cook, my energy level, and what is on hand. Anyway, it’s great to have a place to turn to for instruction, advice, and inspiration. I’m looking forward to broadening my information base and experience.
