People like to give me things to cook.
A couple fish cooks
Salmon , sockeye caught by my brother in law last August & vacuum frozen @ lodge.
Tasted almost fresh , filet a little thin so cooked FROZEN!
I like salmon med-rare .
Sprayed with PAM then seasoned with McCormick salmon rub.
rilled 4 min each side & served with baked potatoe & veggie.
Cook 2 Rainbow trout a friend gave me.
Marinated for 30 min with lemon juice & Italian dressing.
Seasoned with a citrus fish rub & smoked off a charcoal fire for 20 min then seared over high heat a couple minutes each side.
Served with tater & veggie yummy .
