Hey folks, as my name implies I am a new owner of a Charbroil SRG. I've read several things here and maybe someday will have something new to contribute. So far I've smoked a small rib roast, roasted a whole chicken with some potatoes, grilled some burgers while I had fries in the roaster. I learned that spraying the fries with Pam was not a good idea. In a few mins I wil be roasting some corn. Oh I also grilled some bacon without starting a firestorm.
