Seriously -
You really should try making your own. You will quit buying the pumped full of chemical crap they sell as bacon in the grocery store  - that I promise you. AND...you can make gourmet bacon MUCH cheaper than you can buy average store bacon.

Lots of recipes and information in the Charcuterie section...

LOL I would but a smoker is not on my patio or in the budget at this time
