I whipped up a quick 5 lb batch while my snack sticks were smoking on Sunday. Never posted a photo through Tapatalk, this is kind of a test. Lol.

It's hard to tell through the sausage casings, but is that some tarragon I'm seeing in that sausage?

Thank you. That's dried parsley. I use about 2.5 Tbls per 5 lbs of meat.
