Howdy!
I'm a refugee from another forum. Also, a pellethead! Been cooking with those rabbit droppings since 09. Took up comp cooking in June, this year, with Pellethead.Com team, and my NC buddy's bunch, Holy Smoke BBQ, with some amazing success, for a bunch of rookies. Won our way to the American Royal Invitational in KC, and the Jack Daniel's World Championship in Whiskeyville, TN., representing NC. Guess it's going to be down hill, all the way, now. 123 out of 156 in brisket, this past weekend in KC.
