The idea was to do beef Skewer Adana Kebab (Turkish kebab) on the grill .
But as you know you can plan and the weather will not play his part . Cape Town is the windy city in South Africa , so the wind started huff and puff and blow the house down .
(Sorry this is from different story ). but the wind blew my idea away .
So plan B i made flat meat ball (kofta ) .
1 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp turmeric
Blend the vegetables add the spices mix with the meat . let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours .
