Hey everyone! I'm from Boynton Beach Florida and I'm happy that I found this site, it looks like a great place. For the longest time I've been using an electric smoker from Brinkmann and just recently ordered a Pit Barrel Cooker. It will be delivered on Friday and can't wait to start cooking on it. I'm sure I'll have food pics by the weekend, I'm already eyeballing some ribs. I was eyeballing a Big Green Egg for a while but funds wouldn't allow for it at this time. Anyway, looking to learn a lot here, I BBQ all the time and I'm always open to new techniques, sauces, rubs etc. Thanks!
