I like gravy too but didn't want to cover up that nice turkey with it to kill my shot
It IS very peppery but was good. I took the second breast and put it in a food saver bag with some of the drippings (fortified butter from the foil) and put it in the freezer to solidify and then vac sealed it and put it in the fridge. At some point, maybe today, I will take it out and slice it thinly on my slicer to make some sandwiches. I think I'll make a triple decker club. Swiss and cheddar cheeses, bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato and that thinly sliced peppered turkey. That sounds pretty good to me!
