Mixed up 5 lbs of old order amish style sweet stick mix. Stuffing tomorrow in 18mm smoked collagen. Popular in Lancaster County at the farmers mkts. Yes the mix comes from Amish country.

Stuffed and in the smoker. Not going to apply smoke until the smoker temp of 140. Apple smoke
