Just a note to introduce myself. Unlike many here who have been BBQing since they could walk, I got into this just a few years ago. Like many, I always liked to grill, but had no idea what real BBQ was. Well now, thanks to the BBQ community's help, I'm learning what BBQ really is and how to do it.
I have a WSM, Primo XL, GMG DB and a MAK2 and love them all. Each one is different and relating cooking programs from one to another has been a real challenge. I wish I could just stick to one cooker and learn the heck out of it, but I just can't help myself when it comes to new cookers, so I'll just have to deal with it.
Anyways, thanks for having me here and I'll do my best to contribute what I've learned and I know I will learn even more from all of you.
