Please let me take the opportunity to introduce myself.
I live in southern Indiana in a nice college town.
I have been grilling forever. Been smoking for about eight years. Been making Pizza for about two years.
My reason for joining the group was to learn from those who know much more than I do, contribute what little I do know, and just share recipes and cooking experiences.
I know some of you from another forum, and I am sure I will get to know many more. I look forward to making friends here and "becoming one of the guys". (& gals!!)
I try to cook something outside almost every weekend (& sometimes through the week) be it a couple of racks of ribs or a butt in the smoker, some burgers or brats on the grill, or a pizza in the Blackstone. I'm especially interested in learning more about using the BigEasy and the SRG.
