.....for the day! My wife and our two daughters met up and took off to parts unknown. Leaving Bella and me to our own devices!
This calls for beef ribs!!!! I had about 3 1/2 lbs. at my ready. They got salted for about 10 hours, then I added a peppery rub, it's Meatheads beef rub recipe. And into the pellet grill @225. Burning maple/hickory/cherry. The ribs were staggered in phases because there were several sizes in the two packs. Then we waited....
! Eventually ribs were ready! And they were good! You know, we do ok when left alone......just not for tooo long!
