Second up was:My Three Day Spare Ribs experiment:
Ribs washed, membrane removed, trimmed, rubbed applied and Vac Pac to suck in that rub. Mike is will be a Judge on Monday.
Third up is Sindays entree:Lamb Chops trimmed, rubbed with Presto and Vac Pac to suck in that marinade.
Now will all that upcoming goodness tonight is light Hors D'oeuvre:Stilton cheese with mango and ginger, Capers, Caviar, Feta and Mozilla Cheese marinated in Herb Infused Olive Oil with a variety of olives, Sour Creame and a chilled German Riesling wine:
