Stumbled upon the site while doing some research on getting a better smoker. I am about ready to pull the trigger on a Smokin It model 3. Happy Father's day to me!
I just can't decide if I want the electronic controls or not.
Also the 3D allows you to get up to 300 degrees, which I think would be useful for poultry. Thoughts anyone?
Anyway, I love good BBQ, but it's hard to find here in Socal. I have made a mess of lots of meat trying to learn how to make it myself.
I'm looking forward to getting some better equipment and learning from you guys.
I like what I've read so far.
