Hello, from the Columbia Basin
« Reply #-1 on: July 03, 2016, 05:31:09 PM »
I heard about this site after purchasing a Char-Broil SRG.  After burning some chickens I quickly learned that success isn't as easy as the salesmen lead on about! :)   Since I'm married to a Texan, and she knows good barbecue, I'm hoping to learn enough to invite the in-laws to dinner.

Hope to learn the art and pass on what I learn to others.  Thanks, for having me.

Marv

Hey, High, you are correct!  I live in Kennewick, WA, right next door to the Hanford nuclear reservation.  I met my wife in Dallas County and convincing her to move up here was my finest accomplishment.  Nothing wrong with Texas, it just isn't the Pacific northwest. :)
