New guy from Nebraska here. Found the site looking for reviews on PBC's prior to pulling the trigger. Have been lurking and reading, figured it was time to make it official.
Not entirely new to cooking, have been running the household kitchen for 5-6 years now, enjoy learning the "why" as much as the how in recipes. Spend more time than I would like to admit reading things like Cooks Illustrated and the Serious Eats & Alton Brown websites.
New to smoking or running the PBC, here to pick up some tips and tricks, and to stretch the repertoire on the grill beyond steaks and burgers.
