Thanks, lovin the cook air, thinking about getting a cast iron flat top for it . Something with a handle so I could use it instead of the diffuser plate. Just thinkin.... :)

Keep us posted on that. Can I assume you couldn't lift the plate to add more fuel with the GG on?

I think one round GG for the Cook Air would be assume

I would love to buy one but my wife would get fitted sheets made for the couch LOL

It looks to be a great grill.......I got to say my CB grill2goo 200 is very hot but not that hot. Nothing beats a hot cooked steak or pork steaks in my book. Enjoy it!   I Agree it should be perfect for a Cast iron flat top

Thanks, gonna shop around for a cast iron griddle type plate with handle. I would remove defuser plate and set cast iron directly on top that way I could still stoke the fire.  :)

I use a cast iron skillet right on the grill.  Makes one hell of a blackened fish cooker that way.  If I have to add more fuel, I just set the pan aside and add fuel as usual.  The cast iron doesn't cool off that quickly that it matters much.
