Hello,
My name is Frank and I live in Northern California. I joined to learn more, specifically about using my Pit Barrel Cooker as well as my Santa Maria grill.
So far I've done two briskets, a few racks of baby backs, a couple chickens, and two prime ribs on my PBC. All I've done on my Santa Maria is burgers one time lol, and the grill is 4'x8'- I had it made for company BBQs.
Anyways, hope to learn a lot from the fine folks here. Have lurked for a while but search function doesn't work if you aren't a member.
