Has anyone tried to cook a Turkey tenderloin on the PBC? If so your thoughts (and prayers) are welcome.
PS - I am probably going to cook it after putting my first brisket into the cooler.

Done a turkey Breast, but not a turkey tenderloin, done a pork tenderloin turned out just fine. I would imagine that you could hang it or put it on the grate. Maybe wrap it in bacon?

Here it is with the seasoning and wine. Hung for an hour and twenty with coals in their 7th hour (after cooking a brisket) Came out excellent (brisket too).
