I found the forums via Tom Horsman's Youtube channel, he named you guys in a video on pork loin/potatoes using the Char-Broil Big Easy SRG. Normally I kill it and she grills it, but I've been wanting to get a little more into the cooking side of it. She's the Queen of cast iron, so she got me a Big Easy for Father's Day to learn on.
