Howdy, name is JT

I'm an IT guy, Army veteran, father of 4, grandpa to 1. 

I found the forums via Tom Horsman's Youtube channel, he named you guys in a video on pork loin/potatoes using the Char-Broil Big Easy SRG.  Normally I kill it and she grills it, but I've been wanting to get a little more into the cooking side of it.   She's the Queen of cast iron, so she got me a Big Easy for Father's Day to learn on.

Following Tom's video, this came out pretty good and wife was impressed.




I figured I'd hop on board and learn from those more experienced than I.

Welcome! Glad you found us. Tom makes great - "every guy" videos. And - he is a great cook to boot!

Hope you feel at home here. Just dog in and comment - ask questions...post ideas etc. We have no hierarchy or "chain of command". This is a peer-to peer based group that enjoys cooking and kidding one another ( I will be the guy with the "kick me" sign on his back most of the time.... :D)
