Stuffed chops and stuffed taters from my local butcher

I have a great local butcher where I live now. He has pre-prepped meats and stuff. Great looking marinated skewer meat etc. He had some stuffed taters and chops that caught my eye.

I cooked them on the Memphis. They came out perfect!
