Getting used to using the adjustable height firebox in the hasty bake.
Wings marinated in Italian dressing and sprinkled with chicken rub. The firebox was approximately 15 inches below the wings. Charcoal and cherry wood chunks.
After the wings were cooked they were taken off the fire the firebox was raised to about 4 inches below the great. Broccoli was stirred in a bowl with a little teriyaki and olive oil. This was placed on the grill and smokes see you're in till the Broccoli was just a little crunchy.
