Cut up a 3/4 lb hunk of sirloin into strips and mixed in a binder. Meanwhile got some brown rice and a few grape tomatoes going in the Zojirushi rice cooker. Now time to prep veggies, cut up, onion, garlic, green pepper, jalapeno, carrot, mushrooms, fresh ginger, and added baby corn, bamboo shoots and edamame to the wok in stages. At the end when everything was about done mixed in a bit of sweet chili sauce to finish. Bowled up with the tomato-brown rice. A real nice Friday dinner.
