Hey, Matt, welcome from middle Georgia.
Sounds like our cooking backgrounds are about the same. I've been at it for about 7 years and I'm still passionate about cooking with fire - charcoal and wood. In fact, I turned 69 last month and pushed the clutch in and grabbed another gear. I sold off a couple of things I no longer cook on and ordered another charcoal grill that should arrive by the first week of March.
