Cooking in the tiny RV
« Reply #-1 on: March 06, 2017, 06:58:16 PM »
Well we bought a tiny motor home to use as a travel vehicle. It's 3 foot longer than a suburban and 6 inches wider.  The kitchen consist of a 7 ft.³ refrigerator, a two burner propane stove, and a small microwave oven.
Most of my cooking gear has been re-purposed from when I was an assistant Boy Scout leader.
I have added a 4 quart pressure cooker which The other pots fit in and sits nicely in the frying pan.
A couple of cooks, first is breakfast with skillet baked biscuits scrambled eggs and sausage.
For dinner we had Smoke roasted chicken thighs cooked on my echo Q smoker grill which folds down to a 12" x 12" x 1" bag .
