Very nice cook and video again Tom. Let me expand just a bit on the parchment paper. I don't preheat with it in the cooker. Once the air fryer is preheated, I put the parchment paper in the cooker and then spray it lightly with olive oil. I have found that if I don't spray it, even with food on it, it tends to move around a lot. It sure makes clean up easier and turning the food easier. It probably, in reality isn't needed, but it is a convenience that I really like. What time and temp did you use? I did some breaded butterfly shrimp in ours last night at 400 and 9 minutes, flipping at the 5 minute mark. Came out crunchy on the outside and moist, juicy and tender on the inside. I did spray them with a little olive oil on each side.
