Did 3 lbs of bologna all mixed. stuffed.  Im rusty cuz these larger casings was kicking my @$$






Using AC Leggs #125 with some added brown sugar.

I gotta tell ya, it shows. And I really like how that came out. I'm going to do that the next time I make SS. Just got 30lbs of Elk.  ;D
I've been using alot of apple myself lately. Although, I do prefer the Pecan when I do the Kielbasa though.
