Calm down!! I'm talking red meat not green plant.. so I'm inspired by Roget's meatloaf and wanna turn my bacon carlelized onion exploding burgers into a bacon wrapped fatty. Watched a few vids and the freezer bag trick looks like it works. Any tips from you guys on how not to mess it up?? Gonna use a a couple carmelized onions, bacon, fried garlic, and way way too much cheese. I'm all ears, errr or eyes I guess.
