Decided to do a lamb roast on the RecTec.
The night before I took the roast out of the net and rubbed it with a paste made with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
Tied up the roast and put in the fridge overnight.
The night before I also strained some greek yogurt and chopped and drained some cucumbers to make tzatziki sauce. Put them in the fridge overnight.
In the RecTec and ready to start.

As the cook started I had a problem keeping the temp. Then I remembered that when you get the Rectec you get a 24 hr emergency number. Called the number and a tech answered. Told him the problem. He walked me through resetting the unit settings. In about 2 minutes I was off the phone and back in action. Nice to know there is someone always there to help.
