Decided to try pizza on the RecTec again. Last time it came out great, but I had difficulty getting it off the pizza peel. A few folks here suggested I use corn meal instead of flour on the peel.
Here it is put together with the ingredients --sauce, mozzarella cheese, sauteed mushrooms and peppers, cooked Italian sausage and pepperoni. Added some pineapple for the wife.
Into the RecTec on the flat side of the grill grates. The corn meal worked great and it just slid off the peel (thanks for the advice).
All done and ready to slice.
It came out great, and the RecTec is my pizza oven going forward.
