I was going to use it to make stew or something, but this brisket was so juicy and tender I thought I would make a sandwich.
So I got some Publix white mountain bread, lettuce, and mayo. Sauteed a few slices of brisket with chili powder added.
Damn it was good. This is probably the best brisket I have made (not that the bar was very high). From now on if I get a brisket, it will be a prime one from Costco.
