Greetings, another new member here. I have been grilling and BBQ'in for quite some time and I am hoping that I can glean some more wisdom and ideas from the members of this forum. I am always searching for new and tasty recipes to try out. My current BBQ equipment inventory is as follows: Brand new MAK 2 Star General which is an up grade from Louisiana pellet grill that have had for 10 years. I also have an ancient Weber gas grill; a 22" Weber kettle; a Masterbuilt electric smoker and several old charcoal bullet smokers. I grill and smoke all year long up here in the soggy PNW and I can't think of a better way to cook a meal. Hope learn alot,
