Stubborn ribs! (cold and windy didn't help matters)
Boulders started coming off around the 4-6 hour mark.
Ribs took over 6 hours.
Turkeys are chilling in the fridge, and the ribs are wrapped and hanging out in the Samsbro.
I'll vacuum seal them all in the morning for delivery to our friend's house, in exchange for some cash and beer.
