Meatball Recipe
1 pound sausage. I use Neese Sausage (NC favorite). Can use Italian Sausage.
1 pound 80/20 Ground beef/chuck
2 eggs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian seasons
1 tsp granulated garlic. I used garlic salt as it was what I had in my cabinet.
Mix ingredients and make into meatballs. Size them as you see fit.
Smoke @ 275 degrees (with your favorite Cookinpellets) until internal temp reaches 165.
Cook time take about 35 - 45 minutes
