Hope you have a good Easter day Tommy.
I won't be cooking as we are having our grandaughter for an Easter egg hunt.
So it will probably be chicken nuggets and mac & cheese. Yum  :( :( :(

Got a big piece of Sockeye Salmon for tomorrow night, but that's probably the end of my cooking for the weekend as I'll headed down to my GF's mom Saturday and she pretty much does all of her own cooking.

Happy Easter everyone! We are going non-traditional this year and having a shrimp low boil with all the fixings. Might buy a bag of oysters and shuck them for dessert.

 We went from a small quiet day to now all the kids are coming!  Found out TODAY...  It will be good to have them.
