I love eating from this place. Can anyone tell me what kind of onions these are ?
. Very tasty. The big thing is a chorizo cassidia. I can't spell lol. I should of opened it to show you inside .

Shallots I think. We get em here at a local Mexican place. Grilled along with a big hunk of grilled nopales (cactus)

I found a guy on YouTube who makes videos from Mexico. All he does is record himself eating Street tacos. And I can not stop watching him

Yeah, it could be a shallot, or just a spring onion. They're called Cebollitas Asadas (Little grilled onions). Sometimes they're marinated in some lime before being grilled. YUM!!!
