Yep, my last package of beef plate ribs until I hit Sam's Club again!
I purchased the Bull Rack system to do jerky, etc
in the Davy Crockett, so I decided to try it with the ribs! It not only made the transport easier, it didn't dirty up my pellet
grill and cooking on basically a second higher rack let the ribs absorb more smoke. It took 7 hours to get them to toothpick tender.
