Who took the pork out of bacon?

Nothing has changed in the last six months. Any bacon I buy in stores is all fat. It has not got better. I know Tee says make my own. Maybe some day but I try different brands 98% fat.

I've noticed this for along time.  I usually look through 15-20 packages to find ones I will buy.
