It seems as though I'm always late to the party.  Happy Birthday,  Dee! You are my bestest friend.  May I borrow $10? Now take that $10 and go to that diner you took me to a couple months ago. I think it was called Ruth's.  Buy yourself the best luncheon special on me. I do give the best birthday presents, don't I? I hope that you had a good one.

I'm pretty sure Dee won't see this as he has been keeping himself pretty occupied in politics and government, but I'm sure he appreciates all the birthday wishes.
