Glad to hear the good news.
I've been dealing with heart failure for over a year. They diagnosed it when I had surgery in December of 2017. After a ton of tests including a cath, they apparently know more about what isn't causing my problems than what is. Basically I'm at a 35% ejection factor (heart is 50% of where the pumping efficiency should be). They did my cath summer of 2018 and the surgeon said he wished he had my arteries and veins as they were squeaky clean (and at my age they will probably not ever clog as I've never had cholesterol problems).
Sometimes I have to remind myself there is a reason they call it "practicing" medicine. Sooner or later they might actually get it right, but there is a lot of best educated guess that takes place first. I think it's mostly in your DNA and it basically is what it is. You adapt and live each day the best you can. At a certain point it is more about your internal attitude of how to deal with it than anything else IMO.
