Too funny. My wife is a huge fan of 1/2 loin. She prefers to do it in the oven with a mustard and chopped garlic spread, but will occasionally have me smoke it after she preps it (pretty sure I have posted that here before). Her other trick is to do a 50/50 of the 1/2 loin. One side with her mix and the other 1/2 with whatever pork rub I tell her to use.
