Looks good! I had a choice recently to change my diet or exercise. I chose the exercise. I ran 6 miles this morning in 64 minutes and burned over 900 calories. In 2 months I have dropped 17 lbs since I started running again while still eating the same 2 months ago I struggled to complete 2 miles & was so out of shape and now I can do 6 miles straight no problem. Going to run a half marathon soon!My hope is that if I keep this up I will not need to adjust my diet because I love food way too much.
