Thanks for the add!! My old propane Char Griller finally rusted out enough where it was no longer usable. Decided to dip my toe in the pellet grill world, so bought my first one about a week ago, the Pit Boss Classic. Not the biggest and baddest, but fit my budget and so far, have really enjoyed it. Already cooked ribs, scallops, burgers, cheeseburger fatty and chicken thighs. Really loving the pellet grill! Heard mention of this community on a YouTube video I was watching doing some research, thought it would be a good place to learn more, want to do pork shoulder, butts, brisket soon, so the more info the better!!
