Pan Fried Pork
« Reply #-1 on: July 16, 2020, 08:54:04 AM »

Last night I breaded some thin slices of pork with Italian bread crumbs and pan fried them in olive oil and butter.

Also made Terriyaki broccoli and griddled thin sliced potatoes on the griddle. Made for a pretty tasty meal!!!

Pork was so tender you could cut it with a fork.

I picked up a couple of pork steaks yesterday.  I think I know what to do with 'em now.

Nice meal...
