Smoking' Don got me started years ago with the Alton Brown recipe for a gyro meatloaf. I decided it was time to christen the new MAK with this recipe. Since my grandson was visiting, I decided to use a 50/50 mixture of good ground beef and ground lamb. The next time I make it I will use all ground lamb. I served the sliced meatloaf with some store-bought Tzatziki Sauce. Pretty good, too.
