Thanks guys 1.5# 95 % ground hamburger , 1/2 to a pound of broccoli , 1 medium onion, 8 tomato’s 3 beefsteak ,5 plum 1 table spoon of diced roasted garlic, 1.5 cups v8 juice , just enough rice to tighten it up just a little and sriracha to taste. Ran everything threw the Ninja except the burger . Had a tall glass of raw veggie mixture waiting for the burger to brown. And to my surprise it settled my stomach for the first time in a week because of treatments
