I work in a German Butcher Shop while in high school back in the late 50's and since than I only want to eat sausage. :D

My hat is off to all those that make sausage becasue that is taking home cooking to another level.

Making sausage isn't difficult but it is time consuming so if you're going to make it you might as well make up a big batch... Just the same with making bacon.
