Thanks David. I bought a rib roast today for sliced Roast Beef sammies tomorrow. Either on the PBC or the WSM..still contemplating...
I vote for the PBC - just so I can see how it comes out. Mine is under a foot of snow and more forcast tonight & tomorrow
